We develop, based on data obtained from municipal urban certifications and market research, a suitability report in order to decide whether to acquire the land.

Adquisition and negotiations strategy

We prepare and negotiate purchasing strategies and methods, methods of payment and financing of the plot. We advise on the written contractual documents.

OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

We develop the study and definition of all the technical, economic and commercial aspects involved in the investment in real estate, generating the initial Economic Survey Promotion (EEP) towards establishing the objectives of the business plan.

Study Project

We propose and define, together with the technical department responsible for the project, improvements to increase the profitability of the operation. We develop adequate technical and economic planning for the actual execution of the promotion.

Study of Budgets and Material Execution

We request budgets, perform technical analysis, evaluation, compare deadlines and contractual advice.

Definition of Financial Plan

We design the appropriate financial plan thus defining the amounts and monetary flow necessary to undertake the promotion. We develop the plan of income for mortgage certificates and charges to client accounts.

Business Planning

We study, define and schedule the necessary marketing, developing the sales planning and defining marketing facilities.

Making the Economic Survey of the Promotion (EEP)

We develop the full economic study, detailing and quantifying total costs and revenues, obtaining the final projection of profitability of the operation.

MANAGEMENT PROMOTION

We regularly monitor in order to take corrective decisions due to the deviations that arise in the initial EEP, deriving mostly from a lengthy promotion time.
