We elaborate comparisons between estimates received and negotiate them to achieve the highest quality at the lowest price. We also plan, draft and supervise contracts with all participants required for the different stages and items of work, whether general or partial.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We perform routine follow ups and deadline project deliveries. We also control and do the follow up with the negotiating parties on the project in order to meet the current labor and safety legislation.

We carry out regular visits to control the correct development of the project, contracted deadlines and quality.

We account the validity of invoices received. We elaborate  budgetary control reports.

Key delivery

We conduct a pre-closure check. We control and follow the resolution of defects and their final approval. Final certification of the construction, collection and document submission, financial closure and handover.
